We deliver to all governorates in Egypt via trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your governorate, and may take longer in remote areas or during peak periods.

Cash on delivery is available on all orders. Shipping cost is shown clearly before you confirm your order.

Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

If there's a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent, we'll replace it or issue a full refund including shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
